National Women’s History Month
Celebrating @jpopemusic of “J. Pope & Funk Friday”

A case worker by day and a dope emcee, velvet-voiced, singing over acoustic instrumentation fly chick by night. With three albums under her belt and a few more “surprises” on the way, I’d be foolish not to highlight Ms. Pope. Also it’s National Social Workers Month so this would have to be a double whammy. Not just a friend, but an important element in the DMV artist community and the world. #fact.
